Missed calls are lost jobs. I build the system that catches them.
Home service contractors miss 60 to 80% of their incoming calls. Most of those callers don't leave a voicemail — they call the next guy. I build a system that catches the lead before it goes cold.
Durable Projects LLC builds automated missed-call response systems for home service businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC — in southeastern Wisconsin.
How it works
- A call comes in and you can't pick up. You're on a ladder, in a crawl space, or on another job.
- Within a minute, the system texts the caller back and starts your intake questions — what's the job, where, how soon.
- It follows up automatically until the job is booked or the customer says no.
- Every call, text, and lead is logged in one place, so nothing slips.
The system replies only to customers who called your business first. No cold texts. No purchased lists. Ever.
One-time setup fee, then a flat monthly rate.
Who builds this
I'm Colin Matthes. I learned to build by wiring trailer parks and county fairs with my dad, a master electrician. I built out 26 studios in a 13,000-square-foot warehouse myself and remodeled houses. Now I build software. I work with owner-operated trade contractors in southeastern Wisconsin — the same kind of businesses I grew up around.
